Kari has been a brand comms consultant for 25 years and has worked with some of the UK’s most exciting brands and entrepreneurial fast-growth companies, sitting at the top table from early seed funding rounds right through to exit, during mergers and acquisitions, pivots, product launches and expansion - advising founders and leadership teams on how to communicate effectively at each stage of the business journey. Kari leads on the creation of a clear brand story that will stand the test of time. She has decades of expertise in comms ensuring a long-term brand is built with a powerful PR strategy.
Kirsty Ostell (MCIM) - Managing Director
Kirsty is a fully qualified chartered marketer, strategy and marketing effectiveness specialist. Having worked both in-house and agency side she has developed her skills over the last 16 years to lead our clients to success. Working across sectors, Kirsty supports businesses to develop and define actionable strategies, to build and structure marketing teams and to clearly understand and report on the true impact of their marketing activity. Kirsty leads on effectiveness strategy at O and all things insight, marketing, sales and product marketing, having defined strategies for businesses across sectors from start-up to global organisations.
Kayleigh Keys - Account Director
Kayleigh is Account Director and strategist at O, overseeing the concepting, development and smooth running of growth strategies across sectors. Kayleigh works closely with clients from discovery through to activation to develop strong communications strategies and ensures activity consistently aligns to deliver results that have real business impact. Having been with O for 9 years and with over 15 years in the sector, Kayleigh has extensive experience in communications and PR strategy and brand campaigns. Kayleigh is a former winner of the CIPR North East Young Communicator of the Year Award and sat on the North East Committee.
Sally Crossley - Senior Account Director
Sally is a Senior Account Director working across campaigns and influence, and she brings over 15 years of experience in consumer and FMCG sectors to help brands reach their audience and stand out in their market. From marketing and communications campaigns to influencer and social strategy, she works with global, national and hyperlocal brands to help them succeed and win in their market. Alongside campaign concepting and activation, Sally also leads on experiential moments for our clients, helping them to bring new products to UK markets, launch new tech and drive footfall to new locations.
