If you’re looking to take the next step in your social media career and want to work on exciting campaigns across a variety of brands, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to support the execution of social media strategies across our client portfolio. You’ll be a natural content creator with a knack for storytelling, a strong understanding of social platforms, and a keen eye on analytics. Working closely with our client and content team, you’ll help bring brands to life online, build communities, and drive engagement.

Role Responsibilities

Content & Community Management

  • Deliver the day-to-day management of client social media accounts, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across multiple social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and trends in a timely manner to build brand love and engagement.
  • Support the execution of regular social shoots to create compelling, high-quality content.

Strategy & Execution

  • Work with the client managers to develop and execute innovative social campaigns that align with brand goals.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing insights with the wider team.
  • Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships, supporting the team in managing collaborations and tracking performance.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Data & Reporting

  • Track and report on social media performance, using insights to optimise future content and campaigns.
  • Support in compiling regular reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
  • Help analyse content performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Passion for content creation, with an eye for engaging visuals and compelling copy.
  • Ability to write in different brand tones of voice across various industries.
  • A creative mindset, with the confidence to suggest new ideas and experiment with trends.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
