We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. With a passion for sectors like construction, tech, education, property, and professional services, the ideal person will have a minimum of two years’ experience managing a client portfolio and leading a team to deliver exceptional results across PR, media relations, thought leadership, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Lead the delivery of strategic client campaigns, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Manage and nurture key client relationships, acting as their go-to advisor and trusted partner.
  • Create compelling PR and content strategies that cut through the noise and achieve real impact.
  • Leverage your media network to build strong relationships with key trade, regional, and national journalists, securing high-quality coverage for clients.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Oversee the management of client social media channels, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for clients to position themselves as thought leaders.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyse campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise future content and strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular client reports, demonstrating the impact and value of our work.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Proven experience managing a client portfolio, ideally within a PR, communications, content agency or in-house team.
  • A natural storyteller and brilliant writer, able to craft engaging content across different brand tones of voice.
  • A strong understanding of the media landscape, with an established network of journalist contacts.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, creative mindset, with the confidence to bring fresh ideas to the table for clients.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing people and supporting team development.
  • A passion for data and analytics, using insights to drive performance and results.

Desirable

  • A UK driving licence with access to a car for client meetings.
