An Opprenticeship with O

From social media and influencer outreach to strategy, digital marketing and PR; our Opprenticeship is a 12-month programme blending core industry skills with hands on experience and the opportunity to run your own projects end-to-end.

Our previous Opprentices have gone on to be some of our brightest superstars, with hugely successful careers either here at O or further afield.

Applications for the 2023/24 Opprenticeship have now closed but follow our channels for updates on the 2024/25 intake, which will open in Spring 2024.

Grow: open house

Hands-on experience is the best way to learn, which is why we regularly open our agency doors to the next generation of marketing talent.

Held right here, in the O event space, hosted by O people; our monthly themed Open House sessions include ‘day in the life’ sessions, topical roundtables, and bite-sized, interactive talks around what’s hot in the industry today. They are open to everyone – from school pupils to university leavers – all are welcome.
